Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped via tracked service, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. At this time, Roam & Remember ships within the United States.

Returns Roam & Remember accepts returns on unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
